I have already made the payment but it is not reflecting in my account.

At times, it is possible that your card or bank account was billed but the same was not being captured by TowerBee website. In such cases, please wait for 24 hours after making the payment to allow our system to automatically fix the issue.
In case, your account at TowerBee does not show the payment details even after 24 hours, please create a support ticket.
