How do I add a user to chat?

Chat
The users within your organisation are automatically added to your chat window. When a new user joins your organisation, his / her name will automatically appear in your chat window. Similarly, when a user leaves the organisation, his / her name will no longer appear in the chat window. You have the option to block or ban any user within your organisation.
