To add a debit or credit note to the Purchase Order, go to Purchase Orders ---> Add Debit / Credit Note page.
After selecting the store and the date, you will see the relevant list of Purchase Orders. Click on the Add Note icon to create a new Credit or Debit note.
On the next screen, you will be able to enter the debit or credit note details.
- Credit Note: Adding a Credit Note will increase the total monetary value of the Purchase Order
- Debit Note: Adding a Debit Note will decrease the total monetary value of the Purchase Order
