Closed or Sold stock

The Closed or Sold stock data can be viewed on Batches ---> Closed Stock page. This report shows whether the items were sold or damaged.

Sold: When the sale order is created, the items in the sale order is automatically added to the closed stock in the "Sold" category. In case your customer returns the item, the item is automatically removed from the "Closed Stock" and is added back to the "Available Stock".

Damaged: In case, you want to mark some or all quantity of batch as damaged, then it will appear in the damaged category in the closed stock. Items in the Damaged list do not appear at the time of creating sale order.
